Please save this page as your template.
Save it by going to FILE...SAVE AS...newsletter.htm
Once it is saved onto your computer, then you can
edit it with either MS Office or Netscape 4, which is
free and what I use for basic editing.
Delete this text and replace it with the newsletter by
either typing it in here or copying and pasting from
another
program such as MS Word.
